The media center for the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation started trial operation in Beijing Tuesday.
The media center at the China National Convention Center has two press conference halls and a public working area of over 2,200 square meters with 546 desks and 210 laptop computers.
Journalists there can taste superfast 5G Internet services.
More than 4,100 journalists, including 1,600 from overseas, have registered to cover the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation to be held from April 25 to 27 in Beijing.
The media center is to run nonstop between 6 a.m. on April 26 and 10 p.m. on April 27.
