China will unwaveringly advance reform and opening up and ease market access, a spokesperson for the annual session of the country's top political advisory body said Wednesday.
The idea of decoupling from China is not a sound solution, as the global industrial chain and supply chain structures have been formed over the years and are relatively stable, Guo Weimin, spokesman for the third session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, told a news conference in Beijing.
Many multinational enterprises are reluctant to withdraw from countries including China, and there are new overseas companies coming to invest in China, Guo said, citing surveys from some institutions.
China will provide better service with higher efficiency, improve business environment and continue to promote international economic and trade cooperation, said Guo.
