The 7th China (Karamay) International Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Karamay Petroleum Equipment Exhibition) was held in Karamay from August 13 to 15. 

Themed on New Momentum, New Manufacturing, New Efficiency, the exhibition has six areas, including petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, new energy and new materials, intelligent computing power and technological innovation, service trade, international cooperation exhibition, and city promotion, which covers an area of 33,000 square meters.  

416 companies from 19 provinces, autonomous regions, and cities participated in the exhibition, including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hebei, Chongqing, Sichuan, and Inner Mongolia, joined by participants from eight countries including the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Germany, Singapore, and Italy.  

Among them, there are 121 special equipment enterprises allotted an exhibition floor area of nearly 9,000 square meters, further highlighting the professionalism and scale of the event. The participating companies cover the elite of the entire industry chain in the field of petroleum equipment. In addition to 19 foreign-funded and joint venture enterprises such as Caterpillar and Netzsch Pump Industry bringing international advanced technology, the top eleven global and China’s top 500 companies such as Huawei and TBEA also participated in the exhibition. Meanwhile, 36 listed companies such as Beiken Energy, Jiangnan Cable, and Kunlong Petroleum Machinery, as well as 253 specialized, refined, new, and high-tech enterprises such as Zhongchuang Zhizhuo, Zhiping Energy, Shandong Wiman, Suzhou Lvkai Power Electronics, Ruibike Purifying Equipment, and Dongying Mingde Petroleum Technology showcased their cutting-edge technologies and innovative achievements in the field of petroleum equipment, injecting new momentum into the industry’s development. As the core force and leader of the exploration and development of Karamay Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield Company has shown up in this exhibition with multiple cutting-edge equipment, fully demonstrating new achievements and technologies. 

During the exhibition, a series of events were held, including the opening ceremony and Global Energy Transformation Summit, Political-Merchant Meeting, Central Asia Energy-related New Technology Launch and Promotion Conference, Global Energy Industry Supply and Demand Procurement Conference, Upstream and Downstream Industry Exchange Conference of Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry, alongside industrial activities such as Petroleum and Petrochemical Information Technology Exchange Conference, Kunlun Bank Financial Product Promotion Exchange Conference, Academic Exchange Conference on New Energy and Hydrogen Energy Industry, Immersive Themed Visiting Lectures on “Taking Roots in West China and Igniting the New Journey of Industry Education Integration,” and the Petroleum and Petrochemical Recruitment Fair.  

About 2,000 political leaders, heads of international organizations, industry leaders, and business representatives from multiple countries including China, the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Italy, Singapore, Japan, India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan discussed on new opportunities for the development of the energy industry. 

The Exhibition this year was also open to the public for free as before.
