The 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) is held in Azerbaijan from November 11 to 22, 2024. Currently, global climate change is a significant threat to biodiversity. The Yunnan snub-nosed monkey, a rare and endangered primate unique to China, has a specific habitat, and its survival status directly reflects the health of the high-altitude primitive forest ecosystem. By strengthening the protection, restoration, and sustainable management of the Yunnan snub-nosed monkey's habitat, humanity is conserving this rare species and safeguarding the stability and balance of the entire ecosystem.
